375cc vs. 425cc Breast Augmentation Sizers: Test Both Sides of 400cc

If 400cc is the number on your mind, the best way to test it is to try what's on either side. 375cc sits just below it. 425cc sits just above it. Wearing both shows you whether you want to stay under 400cc, go past it, or land right in the middle.

This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you compare both sizes under your own clothes, in the necklines and settings that matter to you, before you meet with your plastic surgeon.

Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size (S, M, L, or XL) above, based on your current band size. Because this kit includes a size above 400cc, see the bra guide below if your band is 32" or smaller.

What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?

  • 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
  • 1 pair of 375cc breast augmentation sizers
  • 1 pair of 425cc breast augmentation sizers

With 50cc between them, these two sizes usually look clearly different in fitted clothing. The question is which difference you prefer.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?

Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:

32" band or smaller: Small (S)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)

Because this kit includes a size above 400cc, we recommend Small (S) rather than Extra Small (XS) if your band is 32" or smaller.

The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. A steady fit keeps both sizes in the same position, so your comparison stays fair.

More About 375cc vs. 425cc

375cc vs. 425cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?

425cc has 50cc more volume per breast than 375cc. That's about 13% more sizer volume, or roughly 3.4 tablespoons per side.

That doesn't mean your breasts will look 13% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.

The Neckline Test

At this range, necklines often show the difference between sizes more clearly than anything else. Try each size with:

A crew neck or high neckline. Notice overall fullness and how the fabric stretches across the bust.

A scoop neck. See how much fullness shows above the neckline.

A V-neck. Notice how each size looks in a deeper neckline, and how comfortable you feel in it.

A square or straight neckline. Check how each size sits along the top edge of the fabric.

You may find that one size works across all four, while the other only feels right in some. That's useful to know.

The Settings Test

How a size feels can depend on where you are. Wear each size in three settings:

At work. In your usual work clothes, which size feels like the way you want to present yourself?

At the gym or on a walk. In activewear, which size feels comfortable and secure?

On an evening out. In something you'd wear to dinner or an event, which size makes you feel your best?

If one size wins in all three, you likely have your answer. If the results are split, 400cc in the middle may be worth trying.

If You Land in the Middle

400cc sits exactly between these two sizes, and it's the size shown in the slider above. If 375cc feels slightly too modest and 425cc slightly too full, compare 400cc with either one in a 25cc 2-Pack. If both feel modest, consider 450cc.

Will 375cc or 425cc Give Me a D or DD Cup?

There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?

In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

375cc vs. 425cc Frequently Asked Questions

How much bigger is 425cc than 375cc?

425cc has 50cc more volume per breast, about 13% more than 375cc. The difference is often visible in fitted clothing, deeper necklines, and from the side.

Which Pocket Bra should I choose if my band is 32" or smaller?

Choose Small (S). Because this kit includes a size above 400cc, we recommend Small rather than Extra Small for bands of 32" or smaller.

How can breast augmentation sizers help me decide whether to go above 400cc?

Wearing sizes just below and just above 400cc in your own clothes shows you how each looks and feels in real life, so your preference is based on experience rather than the number alone.

Should I get 375cc or 425cc breast implants?

That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.

Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?

If you've already narrowed your choice to 375cc or 425cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack or custom kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.

Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?

No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.

Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
