350cc vs. 400cc Breast Implant Sizers: Which Size Balances Your Body?
Choosing between 350cc and 400cc isn't only about how full you want your breasts to look. It's also about how each size works with the rest of you: your shoulders, your waist, your hips, and the shape you see in a full-length mirror.
This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you see both sizes on your own body, under your own clothes, before you meet with your plastic surgeon. Instead of comparing yourself to photos of other women, you'll see which size looks balanced on you.
Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size (XS, S, M, L, or XL) above, based on your current band size.
What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?
- 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
- 1 pair of 350cc breast implant sizers
- 1 pair of 400cc breast implant sizers
Before you try either size, take a few photos without sizers. They'll be your starting point for judging how much each size changes your shape.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?
Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:
32" band or smaller: Extra Small (XS)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)
The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. There's no need to size up for this kit. The internal pockets are designed for the sizers and keep both sizes in the same position, so your comparison stays fair.

More About 350cc vs. 400cc
350cc vs. 400cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?
400cc has 50cc more volume per breast than 350cc. That's about 14% more sizer volume, or roughly 3.4 tablespoons per side.
That doesn't mean your breasts will look 14% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.
Your Starting Point Changes Everything
Implants add volume to the breast tissue you already have. That means the same 400cc can create a very different change for a woman starting with very little tissue than for a woman who already has some fullness. A size that looks moderate on one body can look dramatic on another.
That's the main reason photos of other women can mislead you. Oumènta sizers sit over your own breast tissue, so you see each size added to your actual starting point, not someone else's.
What Are You Hoping to Change?
Before comparing, write down the two or three things you most want from your augmentation. For example:
Filling out tops and dresses that currently fit loosely at the bust.
Balancing your proportions, such as your shoulders or hips.
Restoring fullness you feel you've lost over time.
Feeling more confident in swimwear or fitted clothing.
Then wear each size and ask which one meets those goals. Sometimes 350cc does everything you wanted. Sometimes 400cc is what it takes. Your list keeps the decision focused on your goals, not just on bigger or smaller.
How to Compare 350cc and 400cc at Home
Start with a baseline. Take front and side photos with no sizers, then with each size, in the same outfit and lighting. Compare each size to your starting point, not just to each other.
Use a full-length mirror. Look at your whole silhouette, from shoulders to hips. Notice which size looks balanced with the rest of your body.
Check your goals list. After a day in each size, go back to your list and note which goals each size met.
Try your fitted pieces. Fitted tops, dresses, and swimwear show both fullness and proportion most clearly.
Bring your photos and goals list to your consultation. Together, they give your surgeon a clear picture of what you want and why.
What About 375cc?
375cc sits exactly between these two sizes. If 350cc feels slightly too modest and 400cc slightly too full, the middle may be worth trying with a 25cc 2-Pack or a custom kit. If both feel modest, consider comparing 450cc.

Will 350cc or 400cc Give Me a D Cup?
There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?
In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

350cc vs. 400cc Frequently Asked Questions
How much bigger is 400cc than 350cc?
400cc has 50cc more volume per breast, about 14% more than 350cc. The difference is often visible in fitted clothing, swimwear, and from the side.
Why does 400cc look different on different women?
Implants add to the breast tissue a woman already has, and frames, chest widths, and implant profiles vary. That's why the same volume can look moderate on one woman and much fuller on another.
Is 400cc too big for my body?
It depends on your frame, starting breast size, and the implant dimensions your surgeon recommends. Wearing 400cc sizers lets you see how that volume looks with your proportions before your consultation.
Should I get 350cc or 400cc breast implants?
That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.
Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?
If you've already narrowed your choice to 350cc or 400cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack adds a third size for a wider comparison.
Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?
No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.
Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
