350cc vs. 375cc Breast Implant Sizers: Just Short of 400
For many women, 400cc feels like a line, the point where "fuller" starts to feel like "big." 350cc sits comfortably below that line. 375cc sits right up against it. If you want real fullness but aren't sure you want to cross that mental threshold, this is the comparison to make.
This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you wear both sizes under your own clothes, through your normal days, before you meet with your plastic surgeon, so you can decide based on how each size looks and feels on you, not on what a number sounds like.
Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size (XS, S, M, L, or XL) above, based on your current band size.
What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?
- 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
- 1 pair of 350cc breast implant sizers
- 1 pair of 375cc breast implant sizers
Try to forget the numbers while you compare. Label the pairs "A" and "B" if it helps, and judge only what you see and feel.
External sizing demonstration only. Not a prediction of surgical results.
Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?
Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:
32" band or smaller: Extra Small (XS)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)
The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. There's no need to size up for this kit. The internal pockets are designed for the sizers and keep both sizes in the same position, which matters when only 25cc separates them.

More About 350cc vs. 375cc
350cc vs. 375cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?
375cc has 25cc more volume per breast than 350cc. That's about 7% more sizer volume, or roughly 1.7 tablespoons per side.
That doesn't mean your breasts will look 7% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.
Why Numbers Near 400cc Feel So Big
Numbers carry weight. 375cc can sound much closer to "large" than 350cc, even though the real difference is only 25cc per side. Some women rule out a size because of how the number sounds, not because of how it looks on them.
Wearing both sizes separates the number from the result. If 375cc looks and feels right to you, the number matters less. If 350cc is clearly your preference, you'll know it's based on more than a feeling about 400.
Try the Clothes You Usually Avoid
Most women have styles they skip because they don't feel right in them now: a wrap dress, a fitted bodysuit, a strapless top, a deep V-neck. Try a few of those pieces with each size.
Notice which size makes you want to wear them. This isn't about which one looks "bigger." It's about which one opens up the wardrobe and style you've been wanting.
The Season Test
Layers hide small differences. Under a sweater, blazer, or coat, 350cc and 375cc may look nearly the same. In summer clothes, such as tank tops, sundresses, and swimwear, the difference becomes easier to see.
Try both sizes in your warmest-weather outfits, even if it's not summer yet. Summer is when many women feel most aware of their shape, so it's worth knowing which size you prefer when there's less to hide behind.
If Neither Feels Quite Right
If both sizes feel slightly modest, the next step is 400cc. If both feel like a bit too much, compare 325cc. Either result is useful to bring to your consultation, along with front and side photos taken in the same outfit and lighting.
Will 350cc or 375cc Give Me a D Cup?
There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?
In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

350cc vs. 375cc Frequently Asked Questions
How much bigger is 375cc than 350cc?
375cc has 25cc more volume per breast, about 7% more than 350cc. The visible difference is usually subtle and most noticeable in fitted or summer clothing and from the side.
Is 375cc close to 400cc?
In volume, yes. It's 25cc below 400cc. But how any size looks depends on your frame, chest width, existing breast tissue, and implant profile, so the number alone doesn't tell you how it will look on you.
Should I get 350cc or 375cc breast implants?
That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.
Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?
If you've already narrowed your choice to 350cc or 375cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack or custom kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.
Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?
No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.
Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
