What Are Oumenta Sizers Made Of?

Oumenta breast implant sizers are designed to help you experience how different sizes may look and feel during everyday life-not only for a few minutes in front of a mirror. Every part of the system was selected to support comfortable wear, natural movement, and a more useful at-home try-on experience.



A Soft, Flexible Outer Shell
Each sizer is made from a soft, stretchable fabric consisting of 88% nylon and 12% spandex - the same fabric used in the Oumenta pocket bra. The flexible shell allows the filling to move and settle as you wear it, helping the sizer conform naturally inside the bra.

New, Never-Recycled Polyethylene Pellets
The primary filling in every Oumenta sizer is 100% virgin high-density polyethylene. In plastics terminology, “virgin” simply means the material is new: it has never previously been processed, used, or recycled.

These small, translucent pellets are approximately 2–3 millimeters in diameter. Their smooth, consistent shape allows them to slide freely over one another rather than sticking together. That movement helps the sizer settle naturally and adjust as you move.

Where are pellets like these normally used? Polyethylene pellets are commonly used as filling in sewn products such as weighted blankets, dolls, therapeutic comfort products, craft items, and cornhole bags. Oumenta uses a consistent, never-recycled grade selected for its durability and its ability to move freely within the sizer.



A Small Amount of Glass Microbeads
We add a carefully measured amount of glass microbeads to the polyethylene filling. The microbeads add weight, helping the sizers more closely approximate the weight you may experience after breast implants are placed.

The polyethylene pellets provide movement and volume; the glass microbeads provide additional weight. Together, they create the balance Oumenta is designed to provide: a wearable approximation of both size and feel.

The Oumenta Pocket Bra
The Oumenta pocket bra is also made from 88% nylon and 12% spandex. Its internal pockets hold the sizers securely while allowing them to settle against the body. The bra and sizers work together as one try-on system, making it easier to compare sizes while getting dressed, moving through your day, and trying on your own clothing.

The Oumenta pocket bra is made by our manufacturing team in Puebla, Mexico. The outer sizer shells also begin there. Each sizer is then filled, weighed, finished, and inspected by our team in the United States.

This hands-on finishing process allows us to carefully control the amount of filling in every size and inspect each sizer before it is prepared for shipment.

Care Instructions
Hand wash only using mild soap and cool or lukewarm water. Air dry completely. Do not machine wash, machine dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.
