400cc vs. 450cc Breast Implant Sizers: What Does "Full" Mean to You?
If you're comparing 400cc and 450cc, you already know you want a full look. But "full" means different things to different women. For one, it's a rounder shape that's still in proportion. For another, it's a look that's unmistakably voluptuous. Knowing which one you mean makes this decision much easier.
This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you wear both sizes under your own clothes, through your normal days, before you meet with your plastic surgeon, so you can match the size to the look you have in mind.
Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size above, based on your current band size. Because this kit includes a size above 400cc, see the bra guide below if your band is 32" or smaller.
What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?
- 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
- 1 pair of 400cc breast implant sizers
- 1 pair of 450cc breast implant sizers
With 50cc between them, these sizes usually look clearly different in fitted clothing. Use that difference to sharpen your idea of the look you want.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?
Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:
32" band or smaller: Small (S)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)
Because this kit includes a size above 400cc, we recommend Small (S) rather than Extra Small (XS) if your band is 32" or smaller.
The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. A steady fit keeps both sizes in the same position, so your comparison stays fair.

More About 400cc vs. 450cc
400cc vs. 450cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?
450cc has 50cc more volume per breast than 400cc. That's 12.5% more sizer volume, or roughly 3.4 tablespoons per side.
That doesn't mean your breasts will look 12.5% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.
The Three-Word Test
Before you try either size, write down three words that describe the look you want. For example: natural, balanced, curvy. Or full, round, confident. Or voluptuous, bold, feminine.
Then wear each size and ask which one matches your three words. You may find that 400cc fits your words perfectly, or that 450cc is the size that finally looks like what you've been picturing. Either way, your words give you a clear standard to judge against, and a simple way to describe your goals to your surgeon.
Describe Each Size in Your Own Words
After a full day in each size, write one or two sentences about how it looked and felt. Don't think about the number. Just describe what you saw: "Full but still like me." "More than I expected, but I liked it." "Great in a dress, a lot in a T-shirt."
Reading your notes side by side often makes your preference clear. They're also useful to share at your consultation, because they tell your surgeon what you like in your own language.
If You're Between the Two
425cc sits exactly between these sizes. If 400cc feels slightly too modest and 450cc slightly too full, compare 425cc with either one in a 25cc 2-Pack. If 450cc still feels modest, consider 500cc. If both feel like a lot, try 350cc.

Will 400cc or 450cc Give Me a DD Cup?
There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?
In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

400cc vs. 450cc Frequently Asked Questions
How much bigger is 450cc than 400cc?
450cc has 50cc more volume per breast, which is 12.5% more than 400cc. The difference is often visible in fitted clothing, swimwear, and from the side.
Is 450cc a large implant size?
450cc is toward the upper end of commonly discussed implant volumes, but how large it looks depends on your frame, chest width, existing breast tissue, and implant profile. Wearing 450cc sizers shows you how that volume looks on your body.
Which Pocket Bra should I choose if my band is 32" or smaller?
Choose Small (S). Because this kit includes a size above 400cc, we recommend Small rather than Extra Small for bands of 32" or smaller.
Should I get 400cc or 450cc breast implants?
That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.
Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?
If you've already narrowed your choice to 400cc or 450cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack adds a third size for a wider comparison.
Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?
No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.
Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
