325cc vs. 375cc Breast Augmentation Sizers: Think Beyond the Mirror
A size can look great in a mirror and still not suit your everyday life. Comparing 325cc and 375cc is about more than which one looks better in a photo. It's about which one fits the life you live: the seatbelt on your commute, the bag on your shoulder, the clothes you wear on a lazy Sunday, and the way you want to feel years from now.
This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you wear both sizes through those real moments before you meet with your plastic surgeon. With 50cc between them, the difference is clear enough to notice and close enough to make the choice hard.
Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size (XS, S, M, L, or XL) above, based on your current band size.
What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?
- 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
- 1 pair of 325cc breast augmentation sizers
- 1 pair of 375cc breast augmentation sizers
Wear each size through a full workday and a full weekend. Different days ask different things of a size.
External sizing demonstration only. Not a prediction of surgical results.
Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?
Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:
32" band or smaller: Extra Small (XS)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)
The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. There's no need to size up for this kit. The internal pockets are designed for the sizers and keep both sizes in the same position, so your comparison stays fair.

More About 325cc vs. 375cc
325cc vs. 375cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?
375cc has 50cc more volume per breast than 325cc. That's about 15% more sizer volume, or roughly 3.4 tablespoons per side.
That doesn't mean your breasts will look 15% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.
The Everyday Moments That Matter
Most of life doesn't happen in front of a mirror. Try both sizes during the small, ordinary moments that add up:
The seatbelt and strap test. Notice how each size feels under a seatbelt, a crossbody bag strap, or backpack straps.
The lazy Sunday test. Wear each size in loungewear, a casual T-shirt, or a hoodie. Does one feel more like you on an ordinary day off?
The workday test. Wear each size through a full day of work. Notice how your work clothes fit and how you feel by evening.
The side view. Take matching front and side photos in the same outfit and lighting. A 50cc difference often shows most in profile.
The "Future You" Question
It's natural to focus on how you'll look right after surgery, or in your first summer. Try thinking further ahead. Picture your daily life a few years from now: your work, your workouts, your wardrobe, the activities you love. Which size fits that picture?
There's no right answer. Some women want a fuller look they'll enjoy every day. Others want a size they'll hardly think about. Wearing both sizes helps you find out which matters more to you, and gives you something specific to discuss with your surgeon.
What About 350cc?
350cc sits exactly between these two sizes. It's the size shown in the slider above. If 325cc feels slightly too modest and 375cc slightly too full, the middle may be worth trying with a 25cc 2-Pack or a custom kit.

Will 325cc or 375cc Give Me a C or D Cup?
There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?
In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

325cc vs. 375cc Frequently Asked Questions
How much bigger is 375cc than 325cc?
375cc has 50cc more volume per breast, about 15% more than 325cc. The difference is often visible in fitted clothing, swimwear, and from the side.
How can breast augmentation sizers help me choose between 325cc and 375cc?
Breast augmentation sizers let you wear each volume through ordinary days, at work, in the car, and at home, so your preference is based on real experience instead of photos alone.
Is 375cc a large implant size?
375cc is above the middle of commonly discussed implant volumes, but whether it looks large depends on your frame, chest width, existing breast tissue, and implant profile. Wearing 375cc sizers shows you how that volume looks on your body.
Should I get 325cc or 375cc breast implants?
That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.
Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?
If you've already narrowed your choice to 325cc or 375cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack or custom kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.
Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?
No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.
Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
