275cc vs. 300cc Breast Augmentation Sizers: Is 300cc Your Size or Just a Round Number?

300cc is a size many women have in mind early on. It's easy to remember and often mentioned online. But a round number isn't necessarily your number. 275cc is just 25cc smaller, and for some women it turns out to be the size that feels most like them.

This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you wear both sizes under your own clothes, through your normal days, before you meet with your plastic surgeon. If you've been saying "300" without trying it, this is your chance to test it.

Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size (XS, S, M, L, or XL) above, based on how you fit today, not on the size you're hoping for.

What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?

  • 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
  • 1 pair of 275cc breast augmentation sizers
  • 1 pair of 300cc breast augmentation sizers

Wear each size for at least a full day, in the same outfits. With only 25cc between them, your preference often becomes clear in ordinary moments rather than in front of the mirror.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?

If you normally wear a 32" band or smaller, choose Extra Small (XS). Otherwise, select the Pocket Bra size that matches your current fit.

The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. There's no need to size up for this kit. The internal pockets are designed for the sizers, and a steady fit keeps both sizes positioned the same way, which matters when the difference is only 25cc.

More About 275cc vs. 300cc

275cc vs. 300cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?

300cc has 25cc more volume per breast than 275cc. That's about 9% more sizer volume, or roughly 1.7 tablespoons per side.

That doesn't mean your breasts will look 9% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.

Why Round Numbers Can Be Misleading

Numbers like 250cc and 300cc come up often in conversations and online, so they can start to feel like the "real" choices. In practice, implants are made in a wide range of volumes, many of them not round numbers at all. Your surgeon may discuss specific implants that fall between the sizes you've heard about.

That's why trying 275cc is useful. It tells you whether you prefer slightly less than 300cc, and gives you something more precise to share with your surgeon than a round number.

When 250cc Felt Too Small and 300cc Feels Like a Lot

Some women arrive at this comparison after trying 250cc and wanting more, then finding 300cc a bigger step than they expected. 275cc sits between them. If it feels right, you've found a clear preference. If 300cc still wins, you can go into your consultation knowing why.

And if 300cc feels comfortable, you might also try 325cc to check whether you'd like a little more.

How to Compare 275cc and 300cc at Home

The forget test. At the end of each day, ask yourself whether you forgot you were wearing the sizers. A size that simply feels like you is often the one to pay attention to.

The sitting test. Check how your top sits when you're at your desk, in the car, or at a table. Small differences often show when you're seated, not just standing.

The everyday mirror. Notice your reflection in a bathroom mirror or a store window, not just a full-length mirror. Quick, unplanned glances are often more honest.

Matching photos. Take front and side photos with each size in the same outfit and lighting, and compare them a day later.

Bring your photos and notes to your consultation. They give your surgeon a concrete sense of the look you prefer.

Is 25cc Noticeable?

Usually only a little. In loose clothing, 275cc and 300cc can look almost identical. In fitted tops, swimwear, or from the side, you may notice slightly more fullness with 300cc. For a look at a larger step, read 250cc vs. 300cc Breast Implants: Is 50cc Noticeable?

Will 275cc or 300cc Give Me a C Cup?

There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?

In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

275cc vs. 300cc Frequently Asked Questions

How much bigger is 300cc than 275cc?

300cc has 25cc more volume per breast, about 9% more than 275cc. The visible difference is usually subtle and most noticeable in fitted clothing and from the side.

Why would I choose 275cc breast augmentation sizers instead of round sizes?

Implants come in many volumes, not just round numbers. Trying 275cc helps you see whether a size between 250cc and 300cc suits your preferences better than either.

Should I get 275cc or 300cc breast implants?

That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.

Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?

If you've already narrowed your choice to 275cc or 300cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack or custom kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.

Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?

No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.

Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
