300cc vs. 325cc Breast Implant Sizers: The Final Fine-Tune
If you're down to 300cc or 325cc, you've already done the hard part. You know roughly how much fullness you want. What's left is a small but personal decision: is 300cc enough, or is 325cc the size you'll be happiest with?
The Oumènta 2-Pack lets you settle that question at home, under your own clothes, before your consultation. When two sizes are this close, a quick try-on rarely gives a clear answer. A few days with each usually does.
Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size (XS, S, M, L, or XL) above, based on how you fit today, not on the size you're hoping for.
What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?
- 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
- 1 pair of 300cc breast implant sizers
- 1 pair of 325cc breast implant sizers
Give yourself a week if you can. Small differences are easier to judge once neither size feels new.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?
Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:
32" band or smaller: Extra Small (XS)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)
The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. There's no need to size up for this kit. The internal pockets are designed for the sizers and keep both sizes in the same position, so your comparison stays fair.

More About 300cc vs. 325cc
300cc vs. 325cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?
325cc has 25cc more volume per breast than 300cc. That's about 8% more sizer volume, or roughly 1.7 tablespoons per side.
That doesn't mean your breasts will look 8% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.
Why 25cc Gets Harder to See as Sizes Increase
Each 25cc step is a smaller share of the total as volumes grow. From 200cc to 225cc, 25cc adds 12.5%. From 300cc to 325cc, it adds about 8%. That's why many women find 300cc and 325cc harder to tell apart than smaller pairs. It also means your own preference, how each size feels to you, often matters more than what you can measure in a photo.
Is 325cc the "Sweet Spot"?
325cc is often discussed as a middle-of-the-range size, and you may have seen it described as a sweet spot. That can be a helpful reference, but it isn't a recommendation for your body. The right size for you depends on your frame, your goals, and your surgeon's assessment.

How to Choose Between Two Very Close Sizes
Give it a week. Alternate sizes over several days. Once neither size feels new, your real preference has room to show.
Keep a one-line log. Each evening, write down which size you preferred that day and why. Patterns appear quickly.
Try the coin flip. Assign heads to 300cc and tails to 325cc, then flip. Notice whether you feel relieved or disappointed by the result. That reaction often tells you what you want.
Take matching photos. Use the same outfit, lighting, and angles, front and side. Compare them after a few days rather than immediately.
Bring your log and photos to your consultation. They help your surgeon understand which size you preferred and why.
If Neither Feels Quite Right
If both sizes feel too modest, try 350cc. If both feel like a little too much, 275cc may be worth comparing. Either result is useful to bring to your consultation.
Will 300cc or 325cc Give Me a C Cup?
There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?
In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

300cc vs. 325cc Frequently Asked Questions
How much bigger is 325cc than 300cc?
325cc has 25cc more volume per breast, about 8% more than 300cc. The visible difference is usually subtle and most noticeable in fitted clothing and from the side.
Can I really tell 300cc and 325cc apart?
Sometimes only slightly by looking. Many women find their preference shows up more in how each size feels over several days than in a single mirror check.
Should I get 300cc or 325cc breast implants?
That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.
Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?
If you've already narrowed your choice to 300cc or 325cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack or custom kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.
Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?
No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.
Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
