475cc vs. 500cc Breast Augmentation Sizers: The Last Step at the Top

475cc and 500cc are the two largest sizes Oumènta offers, and the difference between them is the smallest proportional step in our entire range. That makes this a very specific question: does the final 25cc change the look you want, or just the number?

This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you answer it on your own body, under your own clothes, before you meet with your plastic surgeon.

Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size above, based on your current band size. Because this kit includes sizes above 400cc, see the bra guide below if your band is 32" or smaller.

What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?

  • 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
  • 1 pair of 475cc breast augmentation sizers
  • 1 pair of 500cc breast augmentation sizers

Give each size at least a full day. At this range, small differences are easier to judge over time than in a single look.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?

Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:

32" band or smaller: Small (S)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)

Because this kit includes sizes above 400cc, we recommend Small (S) rather than Extra Small (XS) if your band is 32" or smaller.

The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. A steady fit keeps both sizes in the same position, which matters when only 25cc separates them.

More About 475cc vs. 500cc

475cc vs. 500cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?

500cc has 25cc more volume per breast than 475cc. That's about 5.3% more sizer volume, or roughly 1.7 tablespoons per side.

That doesn't mean your breasts will look 5.3% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.

The Smallest Step in Our Range

Every 2-Pack with 25cc between sizes adds the same amount of volume, but the effect shrinks as sizes grow. From 200cc to 225cc, 25cc is a 12.5% increase. From 475cc to 500cc, it's about 5.3%. In proportion, this is the smallest step Oumènta offers.

That doesn't mean the difference won't matter to you. It means the answer is likely to come from careful, side-by-side comparison rather than an obvious first impression.

Is It the Look or the Number?

At the top of the range, it's worth asking honestly what draws you to the larger size. If 500cc creates a shape you clearly prefer, that's a real preference. If it mainly appeals because it's the biggest option, wearing both sizes may show you that 475cc already gives you the look you want.

Either answer is valid. The goal is to know which one is yours before your consultation.

How to Compare 475cc and 500cc at Home

Use 450cc as a reference. The slider above shows 450cc on our model. Keep it in mind as a baseline while you compare the two sizes in this kit on your own body.

Do an end-of-day check. After a full day in each size, take a moment in the evening. Which size still feels right after hours of normal life?

Ask whether you'd notice the switch. Have someone hand you one pair without telling you which. If you can't tell which is which, either size may suit you, and your surgeon's recommendation can guide the choice.

Take matching photos. Use the same outfit, lighting, and angles for both sizes, and compare them a day later.

Bring your photos and notes to your consultation. At the upper end of the range, your surgeon's assessment of your measurements is especially important.

If Both Feel Like More Than You Want

If both sizes feel slightly too full, compare 450cc or 425cc. For a wider look at larger sizes, read 350cc vs. 450cc Breast Implants: Which Size Is Right?

Will 475cc or 500cc Give Me a DD Cup or Larger?

There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?

In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

475cc vs. 500cc Frequently Asked Questions

How much bigger is 500cc than 475cc?

500cc has 25cc more volume per breast, about 5.3% more than 475cc. The visible difference is usually subtle and most noticeable in fitted clothing and from the side.

Is 500cc the largest Oumènta sizer?

Yes. Oumènta breast augmentation sizers are available from 200cc to 500cc in 25cc steps.

Which Pocket Bra should I choose if my band is 32" or smaller?

Choose Small (S). Because this kit includes sizes above 400cc, we recommend Small rather than Extra Small for bands of 32" or smaller.

Should I get 475cc or 500cc breast implants?

That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.

Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?

If you've already narrowed your choice to 475cc or 500cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack or custom kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.

Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?

No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.

Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
