450cc vs. 475cc Breast Implant Sizers: Choose a Bold Size With Confidence

If you're comparing 450cc and 475cc, you've likely made peace with the idea of a bold, full look. Now you want to be sure about the exact amount. At this point, confidence comes from testing your choice carefully, not just from how excited you feel about it.

This Oumènta 2-Pack lets you wear both sizes under your own clothes, through your normal days, before you meet with your plastic surgeon, so the size you bring to your consultation is one you've tested and still love.

Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size above, based on your current band size. Because this kit includes sizes above 400cc, see the bra guide below if your band is 32" or smaller.

What's Included in Your Oumènta 2-Pack?

  • 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
  • 1 pair of 450cc breast implant sizers
  • 1 pair of 475cc breast implant sizers

Give yourself a few days with each size. With only 25cc between them, a careful comparison is worth more than a quick first impression.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?

Choose your Pocket Bra by your current band size:

32" band or smaller: Small (S)
34" band: Small (S)
36" band: Medium (M)
38" band: Large (L)
40" band or larger: Extra Large (XL)

Because this kit includes sizes above 400cc, we recommend Small (S) rather than Extra Small (XS) if your band is 32" or smaller.

The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. A steady fit keeps both sizes in the same position, which matters when only 25cc separates them.

More About 450cc vs. 475cc

450cc vs. 475cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?

475cc has 25cc more volume per breast than 450cc. That's about 5.6% more sizer volume, or roughly 1.7 tablespoons per side.

That doesn't mean your breasts will look 5.6% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.

The Five-Outfit Scorecard

When two sizes are this close, a simple scorecard can turn a vague feeling into a clear answer. Choose five outfits you wear often:

1. A fitted T-shirt or knit top
2. Your usual work outfit
3. A dress you love
4. A swimsuit or bikini top
5. Activewear

Wear each outfit with both sizes and score each one from 1 to 5 for how much you like the look. Add up the totals. If one size clearly wins, you have your answer. If the scores are close, either size may suit you, and your surgeon's recommendation can help you decide.

The 24-Hour Rule

When a bold choice feels exciting, it's easy to decide on the spot. Try this instead: once you've picked a favorite, wait a full day without sizers. Then put your favorite back on and look again.

If you still feel the same excitement, your choice is likely a solid one. If you hesitate, try the other size once more. A preference that holds up after a pause is one you can bring to your consultation with confidence.

Near the Top of the Range

Oumènta sizers go up to 500cc. If 475cc still feels modest after your comparison, you can try 500cc. If both sizes feel like a bit more than you want, compare 425cc.

At the upper end of the range, your surgeon's assessment of your measurements becomes especially important. Bring your scorecard and photos to your consultation so your surgeon can see what you liked and why.

Will 450cc or 475cc Give Me a DD Cup or Larger?

There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?

In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

450cc vs. 475cc Frequently Asked Questions

How much bigger is 475cc than 450cc?

475cc has 25cc more volume per breast, about 5.6% more than 450cc. The visible difference is usually subtle and most noticeable in fitted clothing and from the side.

How can I be sure about a larger size?

Test it carefully. Compare both sizes in the same outfits, score them, and take a day off before confirming your favorite. A preference that holds up over time is more reliable than a first impression.

Which Pocket Bra should I choose if my band is 32" or smaller?

Choose Small (S). Because this kit includes sizes above 400cc, we recommend Small rather than Extra Small for bands of 32" or smaller.

Should I get 450cc or 475cc breast implants?

That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.

Why buy a 2-Pack instead of a 3-Pack?

If you've already narrowed your choice to 450cc or 475cc, a 2-Pack focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a 3-Pack or custom kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.

Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?

No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.

Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
