200cc vs. 225cc Breast Implant Sizers: Find Your Subtle Difference
If you're deciding between 200cc and 225cc, you probably already know what you want: a natural-looking change that fits your body and your life. The remaining question is how much. With only 25cc between them, this is a fine-tuning decision, and it's hard to make from photos alone.
This Oumènta Duo Kit lets you wear both sizes under your own clothes, at home, at work, and wherever your day takes you, before you talk with your plastic surgeon. Small differences tend to show up over time, not in a quick try-on.
Choose your Oumènta Pocket Bra size (XS, S, M, L, or XL) above, based on how you fit today, not on the size you're hoping for.
What's Included in Your Oumènta Duo Kit?
- 1 Oumènta Pocket Bra in the size you select
- 1 pair of 200cc breast implant sizers
- 1 pair of 225cc breast implant sizers
Wear one size for a full day, then the other. Pay attention to the clothes you wear most often. With a subtle change, the outfits that matter most to you are usually where you'll notice it.

Which Pocket Bra Size Should I Choose?
If you normally wear a 32" band or smaller, choose Extra Small (XS). Otherwise, select the Pocket Bra size that matches your current fit.
The Pocket Bra should feel snug and supportive, similar to a sports bra. There's no need to size up for this kit. The internal pockets are designed for the sizers, and a bra that holds them steadily makes a small 25cc difference easier to judge.

More About 200cc vs. 225cc
200cc vs. 225cc Breast Implants: How Different Are They?
225cc has 25cc more volume per breast than 200cc. That's 12.5% more sizer volume, or about 1.7 tablespoons per side.
That doesn't mean your breasts will look 12.5% larger. The percentage describes the volume of the sizer, not your overall breast size. How either volume looks on you depends on your existing breast tissue, chest width, and frame, and after surgery also on implant profile and placement.
Will Anyone Notice a 25cc Difference?
Possibly not, and that may be the answer you need. In loose or structured clothing, 200cc and 225cc can look nearly identical. In a fitted knit top, a swimsuit, or from the side, you may see a little more fullness with 225cc.
The more useful question is whether you notice it. If you consistently prefer one size when you look in the mirror, that preference is worth sharing with your surgeon, even if no one else could tell the difference.

Choosing a Subtle Enhancement
Women who choose sizes in this range often say they want to look like themselves, only a little fuller. Their clothes fit better, and the change doesn't draw attention. If that sounds like you, comparing 200cc and 225cc helps you find how much change still feels natural.
Sometimes it works the other way. After a few days with both, some women realize they'd like a bit more fullness than they expected. If that happens, our larger duo and trio kits are there for the next comparison.
How to Compare Two Close Sizes at Home
Give each size a full day. A 25cc difference is easier to judge after you've lived with each size than in back-to-back mirror checks.
Wear your most fitted outfit with both. Close sizes are easiest to tell apart in clothes that follow your shape.
Check the side view. Small volume changes often show more in profile than from the front.
Try a blind comparison. Have someone hand you one pair without saying which it is. If you can pick out your favorite without knowing the number, that tells you something.
Take notes and photos to bring to your consultation. They help your surgeon understand the look you have in mind.
Will 200cc or 225cc Change My Cup Size?
There's no reliable conversion between implant volume and cup size. The same volume can look different on two women, and cup sizes vary between bra brands. Oumènta sizers show you external volume under clothing; they can't predict your cup size after surgery.

Why Try Sizes Before Surgery?
In a published study of 567 women, a group who tried silicone implant samples in a bra before surgery generally reported that the preoperative sizing process was helpful. The study used implant samples, not Oumènta sizers, and doesn't show that Oumènta products affect surgical outcomes.

200cc vs. 225cc Frequently Asked Questions
How much bigger is 225cc than 200cc?
225cc has 25cc more volume per breast, which is 12.5% more than 200cc. The visible difference is usually subtle and depends on your body and your clothing.
Is 25cc worth comparing?
For many women, yes. When you've narrowed your choice to a small range, a 25cc difference can still affect how a size feels to you. Wearing both is the most direct way to find out whether it matters to you.
Are 200cc breast implants small?
200cc is toward the smaller end of commonly discussed implant volumes, and it's the smallest size Oumènta offers. How it looks depends on your existing breast tissue, chest dimensions, implant profile, and anatomy.
Should I get 200cc or 225cc breast implants?
That's a decision for you and your plastic surgeon. Wearing both sizes at home can help you understand which look you prefer. Your surgeon will assess your anatomy and recommend implant dimensions that suit you.
Why buy a Duo Kit instead of a Trio Kit?
If you've already narrowed your choice to 200cc or 225cc, a Duo Kit focuses on just those two sizes, at a lower price. If you're still exploring, a Trio Kit adds a third size for a wider comparison.
Will these sizers show me how my implants will look?
No. Oumènta sizers show external volume under clothing. They can't reproduce implant placement, tissue response, implant profile, or surgical results.
Important: Oumènta sizers are wearable apparel for personal sizing exploration. They are not medical devices, do not predict surgical results, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon.
