REBATE TERMS

Eligibility: Offers are available to eligible purchasers of Oumènta products who are at least 18 years old. Limit one Clinic Code Rebate and one Video Rebate per eligible order.
Submission deadline. Each rebate request must be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Clinic Code Rebate: To qualify, the customer must submit a valid Oumènta Clinic Code together with the order number and clinic information.
Video Rebate. The submitted video must be at least 30 seconds long and reflect the customer’s honest experience. Submission does not guarantee payment. The $50 Video Rebate is available only if Oumènta selects the video for marketing use and all other requirements are satisfied.

Rights and consent: By submitting a video, the customer confirms that she created it, has the right to submit it, and grants Oumènta the permissions described in the Video Release accepted during submission. Oumènta may edit a selected video for length, formatting, clarity, or presentation without changing the substance of the customer’s experience.

Content restrictions: Videos may not contain copyrighted music or material the customer does not have permission to use, unsupported medical claims, unlawful or offensive content, or identifiable individuals who have not consented to appear.

Refund timing: Approved rebates are issued to the original method of payment only after the applicable return period has expired.

Refund mode: Any refund will be made to your original method of payment.

Returns and payment disputes: An order is not eligible for a rebate if it has been returned, refunded, disputed, or charged back, or if a return or payment dispute is pending when the rebate is processed.

Combining promotions and maximum rebate: The $50 Clinic Code Rebate cannot be combined with LAUNCH50 or any other coupon, promotional code, or purchase discount. Orders placed using LAUNCH50 or another purchase discount are not eligible for the Clinic Code Rebate. Use of a promotional code does not affect eligibility for the $50 Video Rebate, provided all Video Rebate requirements are satisfied. Customers who do not use a purchase discount may qualify for both rebates and receive up to $100 total in rebates for the same eligible order.

Marketing disclosure: If Oumènta publishes content from a customer who received or may receive an incentive, Oumènta will use an appropriate disclosure of that material connection.

Program administration: Oumènta may verify eligibility and reject incomplete, duplicate, late, fraudulent, or noncompliant submissions. Oumènta may modify or end the promotion subject to applicable law; changes will not affect properly submitted, eligible claims already approved before the change.

Content & Disclosure: Your video should reflect your honest experience with Oumènta Breast Implant Sizers. Please do not make medical claims or claim that the sizers predict or guarantee surgical results. If your submission qualifies for the rebate, you grant Oumènta permission to use, edit, reproduce, and share your submitted content for marketing and advertising purposes. Oumènta may disclose that you received compensation or a rebate in connection with your submission.
